External Decorations

I was doing some researching on plants last 2 days. I am planning to have maybe 2 medium size vase plant decorate outside my house & 1 stretch of green + colorful plants/flowers at the back of the house.

I dunno what breed but it looks nice.

Imported from China konon.

Both these plants were actually same species. 1st picture is ready planted in and the 2nd image in on the loose ground. Both cost RM 300 & RM 190 respectively.

Knn....... RM300??!!! the vase alone cost RM110! Estimated to get a set of these plant for my home will be at a whooping RM800 at least.

Don't think it's gonna happen anytime soon. Haiz.

Derian's Wedding

It's been well planned since last year. The day has finally came. Dude, I am proud and happy for you!

Mr .Derian Tan, one of my secondary buddy first secure the engagement during last year's CNY and purposed on Kelebang beach, Malacca, with some of us lighting up the fireworks. Rather romantic i should say.

Florence Simple BD celebration

Congrats to Florence on her birthday! brought she & her daughter, Jia Xuan for dinner @ Niyamaru ( Forgot how what's the actual name la) Japanese restaurant at Permas Jaya. Together with Pink, we enjoy the meal to the max!~

Home sweet home

Finally, we moved into our new home on the 16th March 2009 @ 9am.

It has been a hectic months for me, from procedures thru procedures, from choosing, planning, executing till completed. Although most of the things have done well, the place still need some touch up & fine tune on certain area.

I eyed this house somewhere on September 2008. It was random. So I called up the owner straight since there were many agents number available. Rather not logical if you deal with agent and have to pay agent fee right?

Everything was done quickly & swiftly I would say, Except for the poor house need to undergone a makeover. Inside it was badly decomposing. Loan, lawyer process, renovation contractor, electrical wiring, Tiles and etc chores were helped out by close friends & friends of another, sort of all related anyway. Wicked!

It’s a rather good deal when I got it for 160K, with extra land path at the side. I will post up more once more or less it’s done. However, for now, everything just a mess.

Sometimes i really dunno how to describe hypocrites.

They can really act like nothing happen and be friendly to you in 1 moment and condemn you the next using other people’s mouth. They act as if in a puppet show or a drama series. I really hate people like this, basically you are nothing in my life and I don’t depend on you. If you don’t like me, please move on. I don’t mind if I ever talk to you again in this life. But go around and do criticism and insult about my knowledge and skills like there’s no tomorrow makes me wonder, do you have a life? You are just being lucky, you cocky bastard.

The real Bachelor

Last weekend went up to KL for William's bachelor party. I have to say, it's a little to early. Anyway, i am doing down to Malacca anyway, so just come enjoy.

He celebrated it at a place called twenty one pub & bistro. Very near Lorong ah soo, Nova hotel, the place i bunk for a night. William was right. i did enjoy my fullest. 4 bottles of Jack Daniel's is enough to bring everybody down.

That's why not "save"

The design of this 4G15P auto engine with 3 speed gearbox is a failure. I totally don't understand why this product even being born despite the test result/performance. It's one of the horrible version engine around. I am sure engineer did realised what a piece of shit, but i guess marketing dept managed to sell those shit to customer who makes shit decision like me.

It's a total stock car. 140KM/H at a hefty 4700RPM. Sure makan minyak!

If you compare other car's RPM reading. Normally is lower than 3000RPM when crusing. Haiz, what to do. Change manual? Hehe.
