Been rather busy on my house renovation stuff & designs. Most contractors is closing for the Chinese New year celebration, so it's hard to arrange possible construction work during that period.

Nevertheless, i need to coordinate for them to complete it before i end of Febuary. Hopefully no crop up mistakes. The house i bought condition is not so good, need to go thru a rather major renovation, especially the toilets & car porch. I will have less headache if i got a new unit. However, due to mainly budget & location, i chose this instead.

I will post up before and after pictures once everything is completed. For now, it's money, money and more money being spent. Estimated renovation alone about 20K. Furniture + electrical products chuck up another 15K minimum.

For many many many years, i didn't go to kopitiam consume booze. But it was exception yesterday. Actually to meet Niclole & Daniel for a while. Ended up, Jacky & Michelle also joined us. They came in seperate ways though. Had only 4 large beer with them. Talking cock most time.
